*COPYING – letter size copies for $.09 each
*FAXING - $2.00 first page and $1.00 each additional page; $4.00 international 
*UPS SHIPPING POINT – current UPS charge +$2.00 handling ($4.50 for residential addresses)
*SPECIAL ORDERS – We will gladly order any books or supplies not in stock with full payment, with focus on expediency.
*PAYMENT Types Accepted: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, SU Pirate Buc$ Card, personal checks or cash.

TEXTBOOK REFUND/RETURN POLICY - NO REFUND WITHOUT A RECEIPT!

Cash/Credit Card refunds are only granted on textbook purchases with these limitations:

                                                   Fall & Spring Semesters:

*Full textbook refunds are granted with receipt only during the First Three Days of the Fall & Spring semesters or within the first three days after purchase, whichever comes first.
*During the Second Week of class, a drop slip + receipt will be required for a full refund.
*No refund will be granted after the second week of classes!

*No refunds on course packets, UST books, or special orders!

                                                   Summer Semesters:

*Full refunds are granted in the first 2 days of summer terms only with drop slip +receipt.
To receive a refund, you must return your texts to the campus store in the same condition as purchased, i.e. shrink wrap intact, no writing/highlighting in new books, etc.

Note: “In store credit” may be issued instead of a refund, if a student does not meet all refund criteria (manager’s discretion)

ONLINE ORDERS: Submit your order securely via this website. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store, at no additional cost!
SHIPPING POLICIES:  Southwestern University Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route, leaving the store within 24-48 hours. On average, UPS ground orders should be received within a week. Your shipping options and fees are made apparent to you in the online ordering process. Our shipping choices include USPS, (ground & 3 day); UPS (ground, 2 day, next day); Fed Ex (ground, 2 day).

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS:

1. Request our store manager’s permission to return product by email using the “Support Contact Form” below, citing reason for return and the action you want taken. Remember, SU Bookstore general merchandise is returnable within 14 days.
2. After receiving return permission, repackage your item(s) in the original or appropriate packaging, using packing material around your item to avoid damage.  All items must be returned in original condition. If the return is due to our error, shipping charges will be refunded.
3. Packing list and receipt must be included with each return. Returns missing this information can not be credited.
4. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. Record your tracking number until the transaction has been finalized.

6. Arrange for carrier pickup. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error.  No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to SU Bookstore. Please insure and track your package!

ONLINE ORDER REFUNDS:
Returns to Southwestern University Bookstore will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. Return processing times vary, and may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
